In a world where first class service is hard to come by, Dawn didn't miss a beat. Not only was Dawn professional and very knowledgeable about the latest market dynamics, including use of great analytics and tools to help us assess both the buying and selling market, she was a friend throughout the process - always keeping our best interests at heart. We found ourselves in a situation where an unexpected offer we made on the home we wanted to buy was accepted while we were on an extended 3 week vacation. Therefore, we had to quickly pivot and put our existing home on the market. With Dawn's leadership, we were able to do this while fully enjoying our vacation. She organized open houses, ensured our house was clean and packages were tended too, and most importantly, treated it like her own home.
